La comunicación con administración fue decepcionante, vino a la cabaña la administradora y husmeó mientras recogíamos nuestras pertenencias, llevándose un pote de miel, y también desaparecieron unas llaves colgadas de un llavero dentro de la cabaña, y me aseguraron no que estaban. Malísimo"

"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"
