Great place to stay with large rooms and very clean. The Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Was able to have laundry done and returned while we were out rafting and touring the sights. Address did not direct us to the correct location, so look for it on google maps and you will save some time. About 2 mile from the center of town, but it was quiet and safe.

El pago se hace al ingresar por el total de la estadía, de esta forma al no tener el efectivo, pague con tarjeta de débito y me recargaron incorrectamente el 10 %, pero luego de varios días de reclamo, personalmente y por e-mail, nos devolvieron el dinero, el cual se acreditó una semana después de haber dejado el hotel. Lo otro que no me gustó es que no tiene aire acondicionado.

Realmente cuando llegamos pensamos que esta perfecto el lugar, ya pasada la primer noche notamos que la limpieza no era del todo buena, se hospedaron personas que nos goloeaban la pared y nos querian abrir la puerta a las 4am, cuando pedi que me cambien de cuarto la dueña fue a decirles a los vecinos de hospedaje que yo me habia quejado por lo que se pusieron mas violentos y esa noche mi hija no pudo dormir, todo el comolejo estaba al tanto de los disturbios de esos huespedes contiguos y no quisieron darnos comodidad, habia disponibilidad para cambiarnos de lugar y no quiso hacerlo. Lo unico que rescato de la ecperiencia en ese lugar es que habia olvidado las zapalillas de mi hija y la encargada de aseo me llamo para que vuelva a buscarlas cuando ya nos habiamos ido. NO VOLVEREMOS A HOSPEDARNOS EN ESE LUGAR.

Una de las habitaciones estaba fría. Tuvimos que pedir constantemente que suban la calefacción. Mala preparación del personal que atiende y poco personal. Pocas comodidades en la habitación. Se corto la luz 2 veces.

Estadía lamentable

Muy triste, nos violentaron la ventana , nos robaron la caja fuerte con el dinero del viaje más ropa y elementos de valor. No hay seguridad de noche , el apart es lindo pero no garantiza lo que la ley exige que es brindar la misma seguridad que entre tu casa. La dueña no quiere hacerse responsable, nos envía al seguro pero nos dicen que el dinero no lo reconocerán y que yo debe lidiar con el seguro que ellos tienen . La mujer lejos de ponerse en una posición empatica, por lo contarario es preponte .

Cómodo y muy bien cuidado

Bien ubicado, muy cuidadas las instalaciones y muy limpias. Cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía acordé al precio pagado. Solo le faltan enchufes de patas planas o adaptadores. El resto muy bien.

Lindo hotel

La llegada del hotel es facil ya que esta sobre la calle que costea el lago, nos hospedamos 5 noches, llegamos una hora antes del chek in, la encargada nos registro y nos dejo entrar a nuestra habitacion porque ya estaba libre y en condiciones. La misma esta bien equipada y en buen estado

Se trata de un pequeño y sencillo lugar o estancia , apartamento con lo básico , se duerme bien , a la orilla de la ruta principal que va de Bariloche al Llao Llao , no tiene restaurante ! Es muy básico
