"Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. The village has a charming church, shops, many ancient houses, a few hotels, and a large swimming pool open to the public. Nearby are hiking trails in all directions. It is perfect for a family vacation."

"Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

"Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. "Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. "Really lovely property, close to Lake Como. Excellently furnished and fully equipped. A bit of a hike from the road - up a number of cobbled steps... but, I am 60 years old and could manage it easily enough - 'though not as quickly as my 21 year old son - but we wouldn't get the beautiful views from the terrace without the short up-hill hike - so well worth it IMO.
