"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."

It’s located in a great area, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions all within walking distance, which made it very convenient for us. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. "Brand new property, the super nice lady at the front desk said that it had only been open for about 9 weeks, so everything is fresh and new. Great little kitchenette and nice appliances, It is a little bare bones, but nicer than some of the other places we have stayed on our cross country trip. "

"We were greeted by friendly staff and were taken care of thoughtfully throughout our stay. Our king bed room was spacious. I didn't feel crowded as I do in some hotels. I like the shower without tub option. The afternoon kickbacks were thoroughly enjoyed."
