"The staff was welcoming, the accommodations were clean, and the location was reasonable to everything. We were weighing this hotel against the four-and five-star hotels in the area, and we are glad we chose the Drury Hotel Plaza over them. My spouse was amazed by the food options and found all of them delicious. This hotel far exceeded our expectations, with a pool, hot tub, kickback hours, free drinks, complimentary breakfast, and free parking, making it arguably the best bang for your buck. When we return to Richmond, we will likely stay here again."

"Microwave was not plugged in. And there was no court for the telephone. I did not think that was safe. We need to have a phone in case of an emergency. We packed up and went to another room."

"Great hotel"

"Toast was very slightly toasted. Unfortunately, our breakfast was interrupted with a fire alarm. We were only about 70% complete when everyone was scurried out of the dining room. The meal should have been comped, however the server later tracked us down in the lobby for payment. The dining room Manager did a spectacular job in setting up an Anniversary display for us at 3 p.m. Overall, we had a great two-day stay. Thanks again! The Mosers "
