! Loved them! Some of the staff were excellent and others we interacted with not as much. I liked being able to text with the hotel about check in/out times and loved when the housecleaners texted to ask if we wanted our room cleaned as we accidentally left the "come back later" sign on the door outside when we left. I texted right back...

"The Westin was a gorgeous, well-appointed hotel within walking distance of all of downtown Nashville's main attractions: Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, the Gulch restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy drive to both the airport and Gaylord/Grand Ole Opry area, as well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the Westin "Heavenly Bed" is always fantastic. Staff here was top notch, friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!"
