"What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional hospitality. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the overall property is beautifully managed. However, the highlight was truly the staff. A special thanks to the team at the front desk—especially the manager on duty during check-in—who was extremely courteous, efficient, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The same level of professionalism and warmth was evident during the evening function, where the staff ensured everything ran smoothly and guests were well taken care of. Excellent service, attention to detail, and a consistently high standard of hospitality made the stay memorable.
