"Loved this hotel. Tried many around the Mumbai Airport and none compare to Sofitel. Big, spacious room with bathtub. Excellent staff that remember your name. Great food options. This will be home when I’m in Mumbai from now on. "

"Considering this hotel right inside T2 it is great have the ease of check-in. A hotel staff pulled our cart and dropped us right at the check in counter! Dinner again was decent with good food and friendly staff. I am concerned about the beds! How effectively do they clean them?!"

"Bathtub stoppers dont work, mattress is old. Food and service is impeccable. Its in the middle of heavy perpetual construction area and its adjoining multiple big hotels which all host late night wedding parties, so try to get a suite or a room on a high floor. Would stay here again."
