""Executive Lounge" for cocktail hour is claustrophobically small and nowhere to sit. Very limited food because there were too many people for the space. The constant "decontamination" and "fogging" is toxic. I had to walk through a toxic cloud to get into the hotel. The entrance to the hotel is through a steeply graded driveway with automobile fumes. Poor architecture. Charging US$ 20 for a five minute ride to the airport in a normal car seems extreme. The entire hotel has a cloying smell...

"This hotel was clean, well-appointed and had wonderful helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Use of the Westin facilities, especially the pool, gym and restaurant, was a highlight and we spent most of our time there. It is a long trip in to central Mumbai (45-120 minutes) but the taxis are very cheap and Tuks even cheaper."
