As they are transitioning they currently offer free breakfast and a meaningful discount on drinks and food in the bar/restaurant If you appreciate a bit of funky character and great staff it is a great value for the location "

"I'm going to be fair, this motel is on what I would find out was a "bad side of town" in Phoenix. All this being said, and all things considered, the staff does what they can to keep it safe. The parking lot is gated so your car should be safe, and while the room has the kind of wear you'd expect in a motel in such a part of town, I've stayed in worse. Staff was friendly, and they had on site security. I give them a solid B minus. The air conditioner could probably use to be deep cleaned. "
