Central Park Zoo Tours and Activities

Great service, 24hr courteous staff, very reasonably priced cafe, central location, can even drive to hotel very easily. I rented a car from nearby enterprise for day trip super convenient and can drop after hours there, didn’t have to pay overnight parking

The hotel is in a perfect area for times square commute however the amenities weren't as helpful. The fact that every time we needed ice, we had to go to the grab and go shop but they limited us to 1 cup of ice each time. I understand that they are the only spot that provides ice for their shop and the hotel so they have to limit supply, but it was extremely hot during my stay and ice was a must!! Other than that, everything else was ok. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked out well for my husband and I.

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.
