"Breakfast had a variety, the room was clean, other than we found a water bottle under the fold out couch when we arrived. Tv in the room stopped working, alerted staff and it was fixed very quickly! Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless! "

"Hot tub/ pool area was very nice. I did not have breakfast so no opinion on that. Parking is mostly covered. Staff was very helpful with the few things I questioned them on. "

"We always love staying at the Amway Grand ! Such an amazing place especially during the holiday season. We love the many restaurant and bar options located right inside the building. Our Christmas party was at MDRD this year and it was nothing less than fabulous! "

"Loved my room, the breakfast was incredible, the happy hour drinks were fun, staff were wonderful and seemed to enjoy working there. My only complaint is that it's super lame that I still had to pay for parking as a guest at the hotel."
