The waters off Linwood in the Saginaw Bay are known for their excellent perch and walleye fishing. Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area is just a couple miles away and has tens of thousands of ducks, swans, geese, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, and songbirds migrate through Nayanquing Point SWA each fall and spring. Franks Great Outdoors is right across the street for all your fishing and hunting needs. Linwood Beach Marina is just a few miles away to launch your boat or hire a fishing charter. This 2-bedroom house has 2 twin xl beds in each bedroom, including a full bathroom with shower. Washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi with internet and a 60-inch flat screen in the living room. Great place to stay. Every room sparkled and there were so many items furnished in cabinets and bathroom and bedrooms. Lots of kitchen utensils. Big comfy couches. Big fenced yard behind the game room for a pet to check out too. Excellent in every way and would come back again.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed for a fishing trip on the Saginaw bay what a beautiful place super clean and very well taken care of we will be back! The couch was amazingly comfortable and so was all the bedding.

As advertised - enjoyed our stay

One thing we really liked about the place was the ability to park a boat there as we were there to go fish the Saginaw bay. It had a place to clean fish/game and a man cave - couldn't really ask for more given our goals.

Uncle Dave’s Cabin

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and up to date. The host had everything we needed already provided for our stay. Location was perfect for our ice fishing trip & the food was excellent. We would definitely stay there again Next year.

Dave’s Cabin

We came to the area to visit family members in Bay City. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the host had everything you could want on the premises. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Breakfasts at Linwood Corners Cafe was very good.

Home away from home.

It was absolutely amazing they say perfection isn’t a reality but this weekend could say otherwise. The location of the property, perfect, the property itself is perfect. My dogs are even mad we left. (I’m kinda mad we left too) all together the stay was more than I had expected. So thank you

Loaded with amenities

Uncle Dave's cabin is not a large place but it is very clean and comfortable and loaded with amenities. The kitchen has spices and other food items and there is an assortment of toiletry items if you have forgotten anything. Then there are the little chocolates on each bed. Plus there is the game room should you run into inclement weather. On top of that, should you have a question from the property owners, you get an immediate response. We were very happy with our stay here.

Perfect

We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay. I went with my husband, 15, 14 and 11 year olds. We all really loved the game room. They provided a lot of just in case items, answered alright away, and even left me a balloon and card for my birthday. Great size yard. And the home was simply beautiful and cozy. I will definitely be staying again. I could honestly go on and on with how pleased we were.
