Book a Central-Leatherstocking Cottage

"So much love and attention to detail went into this property. We enjoyed our cozy stay in the off the grid cottage, we enjoyed the pavilion where they had games set up , cute spot to enjoy some charcuterie and wine, overlooking the pond , we are already planning our next stay."

"This is really a beautiful place to stay, we definitely will return in summer. "

"This is a wonderful pet friendly property with a fantastic host! Bryan was most helpful and ensured a great stay! You will find the home very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely book again when traveling to the Syracuse area."

"Great house and location for my family."

"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...

"Great stay, lovely place, friendly host. Everything was perfect!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunset Cottage. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the lake and all the amenities that were provided. The cabin was just as described and any question or concern we had was answered promptly. It was the perfect vacation to slow down and make family memories. "

"This was a clean and comfortable property with great woods and pond views just outside the village of Walton. The fire pit and table tennis table added a lot to our experience. "
