"Loved the Kickback time. The lobby was gleaming. Honestly every staff person appeared to be happy to work there. Room was spacious. Everything was clean. Closet! Not always found anymore. Could not have liked it any better. Going to look for Drury Hotels in the future"

"The rooms are well maintained and clean. The breakfast offering is above average as compared to other hotel breakfasts. The woman in charge of the breakfast did and outstanding job and was very outgoing and helpful. The only complaint, is that we asked if we could have a 30 minute late checkout from the front desk. We were immediately refused and was told that if we didn't checkout by 11:00 AM. we would be billed for another day!"

"The place is clean but the buffet that I paid 25 bucks per person is an equivalent of a complimentary breakfast included in your stay / booking. The money I paid is not worth it ."

The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel."
