"The house was clean and neat, and looked like it had been recently updated. There were a few questions that came up and Ken was quick to respond.I gave a low rating for accuracy of property description since there was no indication that this was a second floor unit. I wouldn’t have booked this house if I knew that since someone who was supposed to join us couldnt have made it up the steep stairs. He wasn’t able to make it last minute, but if he did we would have had to scramble to find someplace else to stay"
