"The staff was great; good location; a lot of good bars and restaurants close by; pool was closed for some reason which was a bummer; rooms are a decent size. Bar was convenient for food and drinks. There were a ton of cruise couples staying at the hotel, so it was a little busy in the lobby at times and made checkout a little hectic."

"Lena was super helpful to us as was Mya and Miles did an excellent job checking us out. The lines were pretty long for check in and check out- busy hotel. The staff was all friendly (with the exception of one concierge who phoned it in but Ennis was wonderful). Clean property and great central location- easy walking to the Quarter, down to the Riverfront Walk and toward uptown for great dining. Close to Layfayette Park for the free Wednesday park concerts in April May that we enjoyed!"

"Rooms are modern and gorgeous! Location is amazing this is our regular stay! Walking distance within EVERYTHING!! Valet Parking was a little slow but that’s understandable as we called for valet during peak hours."
