"Our stay was a little disturbed unfortunately. Extremely noisy people above us, it was distracting, and woke the baby up several times. The staff however are faultless, so helpful when we asked for a bigger room and a high chair. We also found the hot water for the bath was lacking too. But as always the bed was sooooo comfortable and we love they are super kings. Will certain continue to stay when we visit Aberdeen. "

Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again."

"When you book a panoramic view room you expect a panoramic view not just the direction your window is facing, very misleading. Also a superior room which is pretty much the same as any other room with a coffee machine added. still had to ask reception to bring a heater as room heating did not work. With a modern hotel there is no ability to use Netflix or prime on the TV and log into your account, The tvs have ability to cat on to them but facility does not work.... basic hotel that could do...
