"When you book a panoramic view room you expect a panoramic view not just the direction your window is facing, very misleading. Also a superior room which is pretty much the same as any other room with a coffee machine added. still had to ask reception to bring a heater as room heating did not work. With a modern hotel there is no ability to use Netflix or prime on the TV and log into your account, The tvs have ability to cat on to them but facility does not work.... basic hotel that could do...
