This comfortable house, adjoining the owner's house, is not overlooked and ideal for two people. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a 3-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senséo coffee maker (no microwave), a central island, and a lounge area with two armchairs, a television, and internet access. You'll also have access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a separate toilet. On the 13m² mezzanine, you'll enjoy a 160x200 cm bed. In front of the cottage, you'll enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, set in a wooded garden.
This cottage is only open during sunny days as there is no heating. Linen kit (sheets and towels) is €20. End-of-stay cleaning is €45.
No washing machine. Located in the Dordogne Valley, this cottage is close to all the world-famous sites of the Périgord Noir, such as the village of La Roque-Gageac, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," the Bastide town of Domme, and the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, and Les Milandes. Many other activities are available to you: a visit to Sarlat (a medieval town with an exceptional heritage), barge and canoe trips on the Dordogne, and visits to remarkable gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.). North of Sarlat, you can visit Montignac to visit the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art, in the Vézère Valley.
