This beautiful condo has two king-bed suites (each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom) and is minutes away from downtown Palm Springs attractions, downtown Palm Desert shopping and restaurants, and the New Aquas Caliente Casino.

    Your designated community pool is located within 50 feet of your patio. When you get hungry, the condo has fantastic perks like a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. On the condo's own private patio, enjoy a view of the mountains while hosting BBQs with the private gas grill and dining alfresco. Your own haven of peace, the primary bedroom boasts expansive living quarters, a private TV, ample storage space, and an en suite bathroom with granite countertops. The other en suite bedroom is just as pleasant with its tropical color palette, private TV, high-quality linens, walk-in closet, and full bath, also with granite countertops. Additional creature comforts include central air-conditioning, a private washer and dryer, and internet access.
