Great place for a quick or long term getaway

I came out this past weekend with my sons to just have a getaway weekend to play golf and celebrate a birthday. The property was perfect in a great location. The owner was really available for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for a family or even a couple weekend.

Went to play golf, eat out, and visit Joshua Tree National Park. Played Palm Desert Country Club where the condo is located. Really pretty and a across the street from the condo. Great central location.

Customer service was great from basic communications to details. The home is very comfortable and clean. It is a 5 min walk to the Country Club clubhouse and less than 10 minute drive to Indian Wells tennis facility.

Value for the dollar

All around a very comfortable stay in a townhome with much to offer. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need to prepare quick meals to large elegant dinners. The living room is equipped with a 65” LG TV including a DVR allowing recording of favorite programs. Each bedroom is equipped with TVs as well. The outdoor patio is large and well furnished.which includes a quality barbecue grill. All in all my wife and I had a very enjoyable stay and will not hesitate to stay again when in Palm Desert. Thank you Mavic!

I really liked the bedrooms and bathrooms being on opposite sides of the condo. I also really liked the huge patio for the bedrooms and living area. The property location is very beautiful. What I didn’t like is the strong order coming from the utility room where the washer/dryer arelocated. It was was strong my friend had to put a towel covering the door so the smell didn’t seep into the second bedroom. Also there is too much furniture and stuff on the tables. It’s lot of stuff. It appears that someone lives there but just rents out the condo periodically.

The unit was terrific for our family of 4. The beds, couches and chairs were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Having access to the local pool and hot tub was also really fun. We would happily stay there again on our next trip out to the desert! My only one very minor comment is that there was no Kleenex in the unit, which would have been nice instead of having to use paper towel. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!
