"Room with box bathroom in corner smelled damp, probably because regulation extraction fan in was not working and probably never had as string tied up as when fitted. The bed had a 6 cm foam mattress on a solid wood box base so very uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on, but still appeared to sag in middle. No reception, 2 flights of stairs and main door left open, so less than secure. Unsafe and unhealthy."

"The apartment was great - in an excellent location close to shops and restaurants in the village square and within easy walking distance from the old city. The apartment itself had everything we needed and included a nice private balcony which added to the ambience. We would definately choose to stay again if we are back in Carcassonne. "We spent a fantastic holiday in Belesta with Andrew and Babara. The tastefully furnished flat is fully equipped and as good as new. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the flat. In addition to our own small terrace, we had access to the large garden with pool and plenty of seating. Andrew and Barbara are attentive and helpful hosts. Belesta is an ideal starting point for activities such as cycling and hiking. There are also many excursion destinations. We would love to come...

"Nous avions réservé pour le 14 et 15 juillet 2023. Des le 12, nous avons essayé de contacter l'hote, pour nous organiser : remise des cles, horaires etc. Pas de réponse. Le 13 juillet nous avons tenté de le joindre via Abritel et aussi sur son tel indiqué sur l'annonce. Faute de réponse, nous avonc contacté Abritel qui n'a pas reussi non plus à le joindre. Vers 20h30 a force de SMS répétés, nous avons reçu deux messages : L'un disant qu'il ne travaillait pas avec Abritel L'autre disant que l'on...

"The apartment was in a great position for all the places of interest which we wanted to visit. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host was effective and prompt.
