The location, while close to the action of bustling tourism, is seedy, with homeless encamped outside the entrance and was hard to find at first. Noisy because of the receptions next door and concerts nearby. Ok if you choose a room in the 400-odd numbers. Restaurant food was ok. Menu a bit boring to eat every day, but no issue as there are plenty of choices nearby, at walking distance."
