"Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient. "

"Great location only steps feom ponte veccio and pitti palace. The builing was quite dark, eough. Spacious unit, but amenities old. Stoverop had ro be lit by hand as sparker gone. Old plug sockets so you need old 3 prong adapter to fit rhe new 2 prong ones. Ask for one. Good internet"

"I stayed in the apartment in June. Absolutely beautiful apartment! Gorgeous kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room and dining room. Great location, there is a park around the corner and restaurants and gelato shop beneath the apartment. There is also a bus stop at the park. Another nice feature is that the apartment is only up one flight of stairs. Very easy to access. I would recommend this apartment and I would stay there again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great. There is A/C in every room which was nice since we were in Florence during a heat wave. We were able to check in early and rest after arriving from the train station. The apartment is on the third floor but the small elevator (2 people) was helpful for my mother in law. The place was clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was decent value, a little bit off town centre, but lots of great dining options. Being on the first floor traffic noise was quite pronounced, and the balcony is quite small. Close to the city tram system, which is easy to use. "
