I stayed at the Palazzo Branchi for 2 nights. The room was clean and somewhat well appointed, although I felt the bathroom toiletries provided were poor(no hair conditioner, and no washcloths). My only issues with the room were: 1.) The woman who lived next door would be up at 5:45-6 am talking loudly, yelling at her partner/roommate, singing and generally being loud for that early in the morning. She woke me up both mornings I was there. Another problem was 2.) CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR!
That started at 8 am.
If you are a heavy sleeper, or like to get up early, then these things would not be a problem for you.
But, if you are a light sleeper like me, and like to sleep in until 9, you will not have a good night’s sleep.
And 3.) There is no one in the reception or anywhere around to help you or answer questions. The owners/managers did provide a phone number, or you can reach them on What’s App ( which I don’t have), but I guess that could be my fault for not reading the small print, or misinterpreting it, but if I had known that this place was really more of a short term rental type place instead of an actual hotel, I wouldn’t have reserved it. I guess it’s all about what you’re looking for, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
