"The overall of the place was very nice and clean. Out of three air conditioners only one worked. The steps going out onto the patio area had an iron gate that you cannot open to go sit out there. It’s misleading. The ad makes you think you can, but you can’t. Next door is a parking place where there’s cars coming in and out but that really didn’t bother us but it would if you were a light sleeper. Also be sure you bring a phone adapter for your cell phone and some washcloths as well."

"The room was cute and clean, and I loved having access to the peaceful terrace, a quiet escape within the bustle of the city. The neighborhood is excellent, a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum but with not as many tourists as you would expect so close to a tourist hotspot. Angelo and the staff at the Urbana47 restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Can't recommend enough!! "

The hotel itself was fun to walk around but also we loved that it was so conveniently located. It’s within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and only a 20-25 minute walk to the colosseum. Also, can catch a quick Uber or taxi and be at the sights within a few minutes. "old but clean rooms. The AC was very old and almost had no actual function to keep the room cooler but enough to maintain the internal room temperature I guess. The hotel is right in front of the Termini station, so very well located. There was some construction going on my floor but didn't hear a thing from the door. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you need a central place to stay in Rome."
