Charming location near some amazing restaurants and even a salumeria around the corner with a wide range of meats, cheeses and wine. Close to bus and metro stations. Walking distance to shopping and other conveniences, including about half a mile walk to Rome Termini train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We recommend this lovely property!

The room was big and perfect for a family size. Easy to access and to walk to everywhere. The amenities were great and clean. Also, easy communication with staff members. Definitely, I will return.

Cleanliness is lacking. Floor was not swept and blood stains on pillows. Funky smells in the morning probably from the sewers. Okay for a night but not longer. They do provide snacks and a small bottle of champagne which was a nice touch.

Convenient Location
It was great. Walking distance 20-40 mins walk to most places we wanted to visit. We didn't even noticed the time because you will enjoy the walk. There are restaurants around the area. TERMINI STATION is only few blocks away. Maybe just a little upgrade on the room's floor. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay then this is not for you. This place is a little older but we had a comfortanle bed at the end of the day. But for the price and location I recommend it.

This was an excellent place to stay at! The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of everything we needed. It was an especially nice touch that they provided a bottle of prosecco for us since we are on our honeymoon :) thanks for a great stay!

We arrived. There was no way to get in nobody to greet us at the door. After we finally got in touch with the person on the phone, they gave us a code to get into the room. Yes he did not work. And when I took a shower, I stepped in a hole because the drain cover wasn’t screwed in and my toe bent backwards and took off half my nail. I would like to be reimbursed for my stay

We liked the kitchen area, croissants were provided in the freezer that we baked in the toaster oven. Milk, coffee, treats in the room were provided with a nice big common area. It had an elevator which was very handy to get our luggage up to our room. Rolando was very easy to communicate with.
