"Wifi and tv didn’t work. No one could fix the issue(s) after multiple attempts. Rooms were ok. Definitely need a better clean. "

"This was such a great hotel in many ways! The location is awesome, the in-hotel restaurants are accessible and spacious and there are lots of fun activities e.g. happy hour in the lobby etc. We have Marcos who checked us in and he was the best- friendly, helpful, and efficient! He remembered me the next few days and always said hi to me too- which I thought was particularly nice! We had a suite for 4 adults- which was perfect for us. It was a nice room and very spacious and the bathroom was clean."
