"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"Great location near the beach, nice and relaxing. We went as a family (4 children) so room were great, we got the two bedroom with two bathrooms, which is more than sufficient - everyone was happy. Loved breakfast and we did eat at the restaurant, food was plentiful. They had spa facilities, gym and an indoor heated pool unfortunately could not use as we didn't book in advance (pro tip to book when you reserve). "Beautiful rooms. We and our friends had the "Fantastia Mare" with a nice balcony and a great view high above the gulf. The property is lovely, ample, tasty and varied breakfast items were included and great dinner menu. But the best was the charming, gracious staff. We were made to feel so welcome!
