"This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything."

"We had a great week at the house of Gemma and Andrea. The apartment is big and well equipped, perfect for a family with 3 little children. There is beautiful garden, where the kids can play, and learn something about nature as well, as Gemma and Andrea have a wonderful vegetable garden. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also close to Pisa and Luca. Gemma and Andrea are really nice, friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!"

Italienisches Leben bekommt man mit inkl. sehr netter Vermieterfamilie im Haus (im abgetrennten Bereich). Wenn einem das nicht stört, auch akustisch, kann man hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen."

"Nous étions 2 familles avec ados (9 personnes) et avons loué le 1er étage de la maison pour une semaine : la maison correspondait parfaitement aux photos avec 2 chambres parentales avec salle de bain chacune, une chambre de 2 lits simples et une chambre à l'étage climatisée avec salle de bain également. "The property ticked all boxes for me and my family. We wanted an affordable, well maintained air conditioned house that we could use as our base as we explore the beach resorts on the Versilia coast line. Pietrasanta we found to be the best town to go to for evening meals. Luca the host was very helpful before and during our stay and provided good advice which saved us time and money when it came to which bagnos to go to. We spent most of our t8me in Viareggio purely because our children like...

"Huge garden, completely fenced. Our dog had the time of his life and we didn’t need to worry him running away. Situated in a quiet environment, but close to the city and the supermarkets. The house was equipped with (more) than enough utensils. The owners are very nice people that are always willing to help. We are glad that we decided to choose this house."

"The flat and the garden look like in the photos. You can go on excursions to the sea as well as to the mountains. Gemma and Andrea are very friendly and considerate hosts. You can always ask them about excursion destinations. And you get great tips for tasty local and ice cream parlours nearby. We felt at home, as if we were visiting friends."

"Nice house and location. No air in the main part of the house and no screens- bugs when windows were open. I asked about bugs before I booked. The owner gave us a fan. Extra pillows and pillow cases would have been nice. I know it’s vrbo however, body soap and have soap would have been nice. The owner was very concerned about us taking out the garbage. Hospitality was ok."
