"Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. "We enjoyed our stay. Francesco is an excellent host who met us on-site to give instructions. The breakfast items were a great touch and much appreciated. The apartment is spotless, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the location, within a few steps there is a cafe, it's close to the tower and the shopping street across the river. "Absolutely the Worst Stay of My Life I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, the staff were incredibly rude and completely indifferent to what had happened. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. It was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs."
