"After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! "We had a wonderful stay in Venice at the Carnival Palace Hotel. Fantastic views of the canal in a very quiet location in the city. Lots of local restaurants and cafes nearby plus three water taxi stops. Marco was very helpful with checkin, anniversary extras, plus restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was super clean with daily service. Breakfast was a good mixture of savory and sweet. When we return to Venice, we will stay at the Carnival Palace again."

"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future."
