  • Our Cottage, located in a quiet neighborhood, is a short walk or bike ride from beach access and two miles from the heart of Caseville. Enjoy your day at the beach and evenings around the bonfire in our spacious yard shaded by giant Oak and Maple trees. Our additional outdoor amenities include a large picnic table, patio chairs, and even a sandbox for young children to enjoy. Inside, you will find our fully furnished cottage provides a welcoming space for a relaxing family getaway.

Loved the location on a quiet road. Easy access to town and the county beach. House was well taken care of and clean, comfortable beds. Only downfall was the private beach access was not somewhere we would want to swim. I think the water levels were high which probably affected the beach. But like I said, the county beach is just down the road. Owners were very responsive.

My husband & I went for a long weekend. A much needed time of relaxing, and that’s what we had.Whispering Oaks provided a quiet retreat for us. We appreciated the clean home & comfortable furniture while we were there. Also, we had the opportunity to check out the farmers market in Port Austin and ice cream in CasevilleWe recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a peaceful, clean, inviting home.Thank you Michael for sharing your home.

Great Girls Weekend getaway!

The Whispering Oaks was a perfect size for the 6 of us. Clean, comfortable and close by to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Great place to spend time playing games with the family! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable place to stay

We loved staying at your cabin! Our family of 4 felt very comfortable and cozy here! While it wasn’t on the water, it was close enough to town, making it a day to enjoy the beach! We didn’t want to leave!

Great place to stay

My sisters and I rented whispering oaks cottage for a weekend. The cottage is spotless and has everything you need. All of the rooms and bathrooms were large especially the master bedroom. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodated everything we asked for. We will definitely rent this cottage again

Great Place, Great Host!

This is my second time staying here. My son and I had a great time exploring Caseville and Port Austin. This a great place with plenty for kids and grownups to do. I’m sure it’s great in the summer but it’s also great in the winter. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

This was a very clean, almost completely updated, very nice cottage. The beach actually was only a quarter mile away which mattered as I cannot walk a long way. The owners were very responsive. We had a really nice time

5 stars all the way around.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The description of the property was spot on. Short walk to a small cute beach. Super close to town. Very clean and spacious. Was my first time booking a VRB0, so I didn't fully know what to expect. I would definitely recommend booking this cottage.
