‘Whispering Oaks’ Cottage with Private Lake Access, Outdoor Fire Pit and More!

Our Cottage, located in a quiet neighborhood, is a short walk or bike ride from beach access and two miles from the heart of Caseville. Enjoy your day at the beach and evenings around the bonfire in our spacious yard shaded by giant Oak and Maple trees. Our additional outdoor amenities include a large picnic table, patio chairs, and even a sandbox for young children to enjoy. Inside, you will find our fully furnished cottage provides a welcoming space for a relaxing family getaway.

Great place to stay

My sisters and I rented whispering oaks cottage for a weekend. The cottage is spotless and has everything you need. All of the rooms and bathrooms were large especially the master bedroom. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodated everything we asked for. We will definitely rent this cottage again

Great Girls Weekend getaway!

The Whispering Oaks was a perfect size for the 6 of us. Clean, comfortable and close by to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Great place to spend time playing games with the family! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at your cabin! Our family of 4 felt very comfortable and cozy here! While it wasn’t on the water, it was close enough to town, making it a day to enjoy the beach! We didn’t want to leave!

Great Place, Great Host!

This is my second time staying here. My son and I had a great time exploring Caseville and Port Austin. This a great place with plenty for kids and grownups to do. I’m sure it’s great in the summer but it’s also great in the winter. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fall getaway

This was a very clean, almost completely updated, very nice cottage. The beach actually was only a quarter mile away which mattered as I cannot walk a long way. The owners were very responsive. We had a really nice time

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The description of the property was spot on. Short walk to a small cute beach. Super close to town. Very clean and spacious. Was my first time booking a VRB0, so I didn't fully know what to expect. I would definitely recommend booking this cottage.

Caseville Family Vacation

The property was nice and comfortable enough. There are some things around the house that could use a little updating like the coffee maker and some of the furniture. The owner did say they plan on getting a new coffee maker and plan on doing some more updating to the place.

Family vacation

We take a family trip up north every summer and our stay at the cottage did not disappoint! We had a great weekend together. The kids loved their room upstairs. The cabin was cute and clean and in a great spot! We had everything we needed, i did not find myself needing anything more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything in town. The private beach was great the kids enjoyed the water. Thank you for having us to your property it was beautiful and we made some great memories!

Great rental.

We enjoyed our time at Whispering Oaks. It was clean and neat. Communication with owners was efficient. The walk to the beach was a struggle for my husband, who is recovering from a back injury. We walked to the beach once. It was easier to load up the car and go to one of the road side beaches. Overall this was a great experience. Thank you!

Great little getaway

We had a great time with family at this rental. It is is tucked into the woods a little. There’s a king bed on the main floor with full bath, and upstairs there’s two double beds and a full. The beds were all very comfortable. It’s a short walk to the private beach. We went there and watched the sunset one night. Disclaimer: There are no body soaps or shampoos/conditioner available for guests. They do supply teas and coffee bags.
