"The property was very clean and had a lot of internal space to walk around, open plan design, a very elegant feel and very well maintained. All of the staff we came into contact with were quite simply....exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay - a huge credit to the hotel. "We loved this hotel in Cascais - in the charming old town. It has a delightful garden/restaurant at the entrance. We ate there a couple of times - food was delicious. Our room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would be happy to stay here again. "

My only reservation is that, after breakfast, it was incredibly quiet and, I surmise because the accommodation is split between the hotel and accompanying lodges, there was no one around for much of the time.
