This property was amazing to us. The building itself is beautiful. Full of charm. They have excellent customer service. Always make us feel so safe. Went as far as to wait with us outside to wait for ubers at night. They also accommodated us with an early check in. There's plenty to do nearby and its very close to all the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe centrally located area with amazing staff.

We had the pool view 2 bedroom . Definitely the best unit. Lots of natural light. , clean and spacious. My friend had the other unit on the 3rd floor right above and was not great, bathroom leaked and wasn't fixed. Ac didn't work.

I truly wanted to love this hotel, as the pictures looked beautiful and it was our last night in Colombia, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. We received a complimentary bottle of wine with our booking, but there was no corkscrew in the room. After going downstairs to reception, we were given a broken one and had to go back again (because you can’t call from your room). The receptionist eventually came to our room, searched the kitchen himself, and still couldn’t find one. After nearly an hour, we finally got a working corkscrew, but it was already time for dinner. So much for enjoying a relaxing glass of wine! Despite having a full kitchen and coffee maker, there was no coffee provided in the room. In Colombia, of all places! A simple but disappointing oversight. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We paid $43 USD, expecting a proper hotel breakfast. Instead, it was served at the neighboring restaurant, with limited options, you’re given a menu with the option to only choose one tiny breakfast plate, one 3–4 oz coffee and one juice, and no refills. My 8-year-old wanted a croissant, which was on display, but was told it wasn’t included in the limited breakfast menu and would cost extra. For the price, the breakfast was absolutely not worth it. The lack of basic amenities and poor service made our final night less enjoyable than we had hoped. DO NOT pay extra for breakfast. It’s overpriced and disappointing

Casa Morales is an amazing place, from the check in Oswaldo was super helpful and gave us tons of recommendations which we tried and were really really good. The place is super quiet, but at the same time really close to the heart of Getsemani. The rooms were super clean and had everything you need.

This is a historic Colonial property in a historic, artsy neighborhood. Walkable right out the door to shops and cafes etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want a gleaming tower separate from the real city, this is not for you. If you want authenticity (and comfort too!) then come here. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel was just fine. There wasn't much in the way of service beyond someone at the front desk most of the time, but it worked for us. There is no restaurant or bar. No breakfast or much in the way of entertainment, but its location in the heart of Gestemani makes it a great place to explore that part of town or walk to the walled city. The pool was refreshing and the room was comfortable, clean and made us all happy.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. So much so I extended my stay twice. Osvaldo one of the hotel workers took the time to explain the history of casa morales to me and I was absolutely fascinated and in love with every aspect of it. The hotel itself. The location. The Getsemaní neighborhood. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel you will not regret it. Also a big thank you to Natalia and Christian as well for taking such good care of us. Every single hotel staff was so attentive to us and made sure we were happy always.

We arrived late, so it was hard to see. Went up and the room was incredible! 3 bedrooms 2 bath. Kids went nuts. Night maintenance guy was so kind. Gave a restaurant recommendation across the street that was incredible. In the morning, the lady helped organize a boat for us and negotiated a much lower taxi rate to the dock. Above and beyond, as it was a complicated situation. Room was beyond comfortable (and huge!), but service was incredible.
