"This is our hotel of choice when we go to Mt Rose and Lake Tahoe. It is very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean, they have upgraded hotel recently. Upgraded lobby etc makes it look upscale. Breakfast options are limited but quantity and quality both are superb. At times lunch and dinner menu also has surprised us in a good way. Though sometimes depending on who is the chef overall taste of food may vary. One thing they can improve though on not letting the smoke from the casino area permeate entire lobby and hotel passageways. I felt it this time since last time I was there Casino was probably not openly connected to main hotel."

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. The room was cozy and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Plus, the hotel warmly welcomes dogs, which was a nice bonus. "
