"Great location and cozy place. Worked well for our group of 8 adult"

"Wonderful place to stay in Grafton. I found it very quiet and peaceful, not sure what the traffic is like in the summer. Exactly as described, clean, updated. I don’t know how the streetside bedroom bed feels, but the master bedroom bed was super comfortable. The master has an en suite bathroom with shower and tub combo. There is a small sunroom with an unobstructed view of the river. It was quite cold during my stay, but the sunroom got cozy and warm during the day. I didn’t get to use the deck because of the cold, but it is adjacent to the sunroom and also looks out over the river. The kitchen was the most equipped that I have encountered yet at a property. Keurig only, if there is a regular coffee maker, I did not see it. I reached out to the host one night around 10pm with a question and was responded to very quickly. I would happily stay at this property again. "
