"My friend and I had a wonderful time…the house was lovely. The decks were nice. The town was like a story book. We would definitely stay again.It did smell musty in the kitchen, I had read it in other reviews but thought it would be fixed by our stay. Hopefully it will be a simple fix."

"Room was standard set up and was clean. I had trouble with working the entry card key and a staff member went to the door and opened it. Breakfast was nice if everyone likes cereal and waffles in general. There was 2 construction workers that consumed a good portion of everything including the milk. I was able to have a cup of milk once a staff member tended to the breakfast foods. Staff member said she did not recognize the 2 construction workers. Parking was good."

The outside was very well kept and in a very nice quiet street that was close to the river and the local attractions. We would definitely come back and stay on our trip to Grafton with friends.The only thing missing was a front door screen door, it would have been nice to have the door open to enjoy the early morning fresh air.Highly recommend "
