"This is describes as a resort.. it is not. They share a pool area with the embassy suites next door. Everything here was a hassle.. from trying to reach the front desk, to parking, even down to getting towels. Nothing here is relaxing. The overall vibe is low-end, out dated, and loud. Not one thing here could be describes and nice, relaxing, or luxurious. We booked for 4 nights and left after 2. I didn't care about the money lost. It was worth it to leave and head east to the much nicer Hyatt Regency. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"Awesome place to stay if you want the jungle experience of Puerto Rico with San Juan not being too far away. The local beaches are amazing and you will enjoy listening to the frogs and jungle crickets at night as you come back from your daily activities. Joseph is quick to respond and answer all questions/needs. I would stay here again. "

"We had a mostly positive family stay at this large, well-laid-out property, which worked nicely for our group. The pool was excellent—clean, enjoyable, and a real highlight of the trip. The pool patio was ideal for gathering everyone for evening meals and relaxing together. Having multiple washers and dryers in the garage was incredibly convenient for a big family.That said, several maintenance issues and listing inaccuracies detracted from the experience:• The property was advertised with a generator and a theater room. Unfortunately, the generator was not hooked up, and the theater room was filled with boxes and completely unavailable. We were not notified of either issue beforehand, which was disappointing given how prominently they were featured.• In the pool house, the shower in one bathroom leaked directly through the floor, dripping water onto the nightstand in the basement bedroom below.• One of the beds in the pool house was broken and uncomfortable to use.• The kitchen sink in the main house leaked profusely on one side, causing standing water in the cabinet underneath.• All of the kitchen cabinets were missing handles, making them difficult and awkward to open.• The outdoor grill was non-functional—the gas line had been cut—and we received no prior warning about this either.Despite these problems, the property has strong potential. With proper maintenance, updated listing details, it could be an outstanding choice!"
