"We had a fun time in PR! The host - Alma, Alex and their team are great! Extremely responsive! From the moment we booked throughout our visit, they were "on it"! They are definitely a 5 Star Host! The condo unit itself is a bit older (full of character/charm) but had everything we needed for our visit. It was spacious and met all of our needs. We had six adults and one infant. Fun times had by all! Our unit was a few steps away from the pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. The location is close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Unexpected Bonus day! Unfortunately, our departing flights were canceled due U.S. Military action in Venezuela. We reached out the Alma/Alex and they immediately responded with a warm and understanding touch. They were able to accommodate us for an extended stay. Much appreciated! We would definitely reach out to Paradise Villas again and recommend them. Happy New Year! Cheers! "

"We rented for a week and this property was outstanding. The owners/host met us at the house and walked us through the details which was awesome. The location is very nice and super clean and just a couple minute stroll to the beach with semi sheltered cove. They have a beach wagon for the chairs and easy up. Coolers provided as well! The outdoor living area is amazing from the pool to the private pickle ball court!This home has everything you need!!!!!! Highly recommend. Grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Plus factor is that the owners are available to answer any questions and give recommendations.... "

"Water pressure for the toilets is very low. Some of the furniture is stained with water marks. Other than that i found the place very good."
