"We had a wonderful stay! The kids loved the toys and we all enjoyed the perfectly kept comfortable house. We walked down for breakfast at the daily grind and enjoyed horseback beach! We hope to be back! Thank you!"

"Clean and comfortable. Nice that is it per friendly and the owners took the time to leave notes around the house to help us know what items were meant to be used for and how they wished for us to care for them. Only drawback was we could not use the grill as it was not cleaned or ready for use in a long time it seemed."

"The property was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area with beautiful gardens. The house was equipped with the basics plus a few extras, like a furnished patio with grill, large screen tv (larger than I am used to), access to a local beach that seems to be popular for fishing, and close proximity to the tourist attractions in Newport. The host was very communicative and responded to questions promptly. My dogs enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and seeing the wild turkeys on their daily stroll. If you want to walk your dog at night, best to bring a flashlight as there are no street lights nearby. All in all, my family had a wonderful stay at the cottage and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with pets."

"Our group of women has been vacationing together annually for almost forty years. Newport was our destination this year and we stayed in this beautiful home. The house is spacious, gorgeous and well equipped. It’s the perfect location for exploring Newport. The outdoor area is another great space to hang out. Our host Jodi responded immediately to any questions we had and went well beyond what was expected to accommodate our large group. I highly recommend staying at this property if you are visiting the Newport area as well as any other properties that Jodi manages as I’m sure she provides the same level of service for all of her guests."

"Our group of 6 plus day visitors thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house! It is very spacious, beautifully decorated in beachy colors with beautiful marsh and water views. Nice quiet location not far from some quaint shops, restaurants and Sakonnet Vineyard. There was AC throughout the house, high quality bedding and appliances, a well equipped kitchen, etc. We enjoyed eating and relaxing on the screened-in porch. There was an issue with the TV which we finally resolved after speaking with the owner and changing the HDMI setting. Lots of good books including some for children. We were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor shower around the back of the house which worked out great after a trip to the beach with our grandkids. We went to nearby South Shore Beach which had a 25 parking fee. Be prepared for a very rocky narrow beach. It did get better as the tide went out. You could also walk down into the Goosewing section for a sandier beach. Surf was rough the day we were there but fun for the kids (with supervision). There was a shallow, sandy area that fed into the pond behind us which the kids loved playing in. Wonderful beach getaway!"
