"Where do I even begin with this gem of a house? From start to finish, Stacy was nothing short of fantastic. Clear, easy check in process and communication. This house has everything you can possibly think of. Forgot a pair of reading glasses? She has them. Toiletries, yep. Multiple coffee makers, yep. The list is endless. Myself and two traveling friends had plenty of space in this house. Ron, the lovely neighbor next door, greeted us upon arrival and was there if we needed anything. We spent most of our days out exploring but it sure was nice to come back in the evening to the amazing beds. I had the top floor and bed...I could write a book on. I had the best week of sleep I've had maybe ever. This house is walking distance to the water and a few restaurants. Restaurants are not in shortage in RI. We ate at so many good places. I recommend The Boat House in Tiverton. If you are looking for a rental in Portsmouth, close to many different things, on a quiet street...look here! Stacy delivers as one the best hosts I have ever worked with. "

"The house was very cute and had new floors and appliances, it pretty much had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing and I liked how the first floor was really open which gave my family of four more room. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about was there is no closets or burrows/drawers to put your clothes in which wasn’t ideal living out of our suitcases but what can you doWe brought our dog and he really loved the nice dog park less than 10 minutes away. We could take him to other pet friendly places like Colt Park and Ragged Island Brewery up the street which was a great spot! Location is good because it’s like 25 mins to Newport where we spent the day and also across the bridge to Bristol where there was really great restaurants on the water. I highly recommend The Beach House, the sunset there was amazing! House is not far from 2nd and 3rd beach which were really nice beaches to visit as well!"
