"The place was bright and neat. Had a patio in the back with a barbecue which we used every night. Front area was great for the dog and used the fire pit every night, enjoyed it so much i am going to get rid of my wood one and get a gas one. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was super easy. The home was quite comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The kids especially enjoyed the availability of the boogie boards and the games in the game closet. The parents found the super clean jacuzzi quite relaxing at the end of a busy day. Definitely a place that I would recommend."
"This house is in a great location and walkable to the beach and a short bike ride to Carlsbad Village. We vacation in Carlsbad each summer and we really enjoyed this rental. The kids room with bunk beds is perfect and we enjoyed time in the backyard and hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The location is what makes it great. Yes, the train is loud but it goes by quickly and you kind of ignore it after time. The upstairs room is nice but the shower is what I would call “cruise ship” style and super small. There are two A/C vents that come from the downstairs but they really don’t cool down the upstairs. We kept the windows open and fans on and it was fine. The one thing to note is that there is a shared side gate and pathway to a home behind the rental with someone that lives there. It’s a bit strange but you should know that in advance. We would rent this property again. "
