"What a lovely relaxing apartment with great views from the rooms balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break away. The holiday village was very clean and quiet with indoor pool and gym, the village also has a bar and restaurant should you wish to stay on sight. There is also on site Wifi with no connection problems. The host Colin was very responsive to messages before and during our stay. I would definately recommend this beautiful apartment. 😊"

"For a first time Lake District experience this accommodation was perfect. Easy parking, close to the centre, quiet and a very well set up kitchen as we cooked the wonderful local food each night."

"The place was easy to find and parking to be paid seperatly close by. Images showed a large sofs bed which wasn't there only a small low level single futon and an old small sofa. It was cold and very noises from neighbours and the road as not double glazed and door not snug."

Decent size for a couple Cheap parking nearby Easy to find and access Cons: Squashy uncomfortable mattress Needs blackout blinds/curtains No freezer, could use more glasses, crockery etc. We spent four lovely nights here and if the bed and blackout were improved then we’d happily return. "Loved the property. Was very well equipped and the beds were fresh, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and plenty of hot water for 6 peoples baths and showers. Would definitely stay again."

"This is one of a few cottages that actually looks like the photos. Very tastefully furnished. Nice space to sit in the kitchen extension. Good location for walking into town and the bus station. Could be noisy at times"

"Beautiful property in a quiet area, advertised to be Carlisle but was a few miles out, this wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Parking available on the street, internet and phone available. Only improvement I would recommend would be to swap the bed from a double to a king, however this wouldn't stop me from recommending the place."
