Recently refurbished, rooms were clean and fresh and kept the original features of the property. Bathroom was lovely and bath a great size although did miss the option of grabbing a quick shower. Bathroom needs a blind or curtain please otherwise stunning room.

Bedroom was clean and modern, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned with marks on the floor along with hairs and flies in sink. Hot water wouldn’t turn on in bath, sink and kitchen sink. Big tv but no tv remote to go with it. No bin in any room.
Beautiful place, near busy junction only downfall but was quite tbh with windows closed.
Other room noise- none at all.
Shops across the street and dominos.
Food was banging i had liver and onions, good prices.
If staying in area for work, great stay!
Could do with pint of milk in room as making your cereal from satchet milk is hard work lol.
Deffo recommend for work.
Had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Horse & Farrier. Room was excellent with great facilities , Comfy bed , iron and ironing board , hairdryer and lovely big shower. full size fridge and wine glasses and a sink complete with fairy liquid, great if wanting to eat in as there was also knives and forks in a drawer. We had a meal on the second night which was really good.
The staff were amazing ,really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
There is a bus stop directly outside and buses into the city centre are frequent and cheap(£2.40 single)
Would stay again and recommend.
