Had a lovely stay, there was a small problem getting into our room when we got in at 2am but the gentleman on reception sorted it quickly and allowed us a later checkout to compensate which we were very grateful for! Will definitely return next time we’re in the cit!

Some staff were lovely, others less so. We were told we could get water in the bar for example - but when pushed, the bar person reluctantly went to find a bottle. Location is very convenient but there’s not much atmosphere. Decent functional stay.

Nice room and food at the hotel for both breakfast and evening meal as ate in the hotel. Didn't enjoy location as typical city centre was very noisy and very dirty outside. For some reason it was very difficult to find and didn't come up properly on the sat nav resulting in me being late for my course despite arriving in time at the station.

We were visting for a concert at the Principality stadium. The hotel was well located and easy to walk their with parking on site. At bit pricey, but market rate for the timing.of the concert.

Very central to walk anywhere within the city centre without being noisy. Car parking is tight and small spaces but convenient. Staff helpful and happy. Breakfast was good quality but warm not hot. Highly recommended for a central location

Nice staff but condition of the hotel was poor
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Check-in was easy and staff were polite. Hotel needs updating/maintaining. The room was not great to be honest. Paint was shabby, chips on wooden furniture, cracked tiles in the bathroom, stagnant water smell in the bathroom, but the worst was the extremely creaky floorboards. It woke us up several times due to people walking down the corridor creaking the floor, it was really loud. Definitely needs new flooring throughout the top floor (floor 4). Won't be visiting again unfortunately.

Really convenient location in the city centre We booked a junior suite as it wasn't a lot more than the normal room rate and it was a great size and really comfortable Very clean, and nice touches like a complimentary drink each, Nespresso machine and decent robes Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and efficient , real credit to the hotel

One of the best hotels I have stayed in
This was my first time staying at the Leonardo, and I can confirm it did not disappoint, I was going out early aftertoon so did not have time to check in, but was able to leave my car without any hesitation in the hotel car park, on returning after my day out, we checked in at around midnight and “Richard” made everything from the moment we entered the hotel to getting into our room a dream, Richard was great and a credit to the hotel, very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay at the hotel, thank you for a great stay

We stayed in a beautiful suite (327), spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable all at the same time. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was served between 7am-11am full continental.
