Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Lovely view of the castle, good breakfast. The only thing was floor lamp didn’t work, we mentioned it at the reception but never been fixed while we stayed 4 nights. Otherwise all good!
Lovely, clean hotel that was conveniently located for visiting La Cite as well as nearby restaurants. Parking was convenient and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, including the bed.
Nice hotel in good location with friendly staff, especially the English man who checked us in - he was very friendly, efficient and helpful and does the hotel credit. Our room was very nice with castle view, the breakfast was reasonable though blighted by a tempermental coffee machine and an agonisingly slow toaster (why are these so common in hotels?). A star deducted for the housekeeping which did not get to our room until 4 pm and failed to replenish toilet roll, face tissues or replace the tea bags we had used. The hotel pool was nice but I don't understand why it does not open until 10 am when many hotel guests prefer an early swim before breakfast or leaving for the day ahead. Given it is unstaffed and secure, why not open it at 6 or 7? Overall though, the hotel is recommended for its good location and overall good quality and helpful staff.

We have just come back from a 5 days stay at this hotel and we could not have booked a better hotel. It's location is excellent, with beautiful views over the river and old city and only a 5 to 10 mins walk into the centre of Carcassonne. The rooms were not overly large, however I liked the fact the bathroom and WC were separate. The rooms were well equipped with all tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Immaculately laid out with lovely thick dressing gowns for the colder evenings. The staff were lovely and could not have been anymore welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. The breakfast is self service and catered for all tastes, with both continental and cooked on offer. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had the perfect stay.
