This apartment is located in a quiet residence of Carcans Plage on the dune and cycle path side, ideal for family holidays.
It consists of a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bathroom with WC and a living room with a pull-out sofa allowing for an additional bed, as well as a kitchenette.
A veranda with a dining table seen on the enclosed garden.
The deposit must be paid on site, holiday vouchers accepted.

Arrival / Departure time :
Arrivals will be at the agency at 10 Places de l’église in Hourtin, reception will be available from 3 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
The keys will be handed over in person in order to organize your arrival at your holiday accommodation.
As for the departure time, it is imposed by the agency when you arrived to optimize the organization of cleaning services.
This will be fixed in the middle of your vacation week, between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. maximum.

Laundry :
Regarding linen, you will need to bring your bed linen or subscribe to our rental service (rental of flat sheets, bath towels, etc.).
