The master bedroom offers a closet, king size bed, flat panel television; master bath offers walk-in shower. The Tennis Villa community offers a private pool, loungers, of course Tennis Courts, pergola, bbq & picnic area. Within walking distance to the beaches, Gulf of Mexico, Village of Captiva, Starbucks restaurants, shopping & much more.

** This condo is privately owned and is NOT associated with the South Seas Resort rental program. Resort amenities are not available with the rental of this unit including resort pool, golf course access, beach rentals ( you will not need it the unit comes with chairs and umbrellas) and any on-site shops within South Seas. Resort guests pay a premium for these amenities. ** The South Seas Resort may occasionally offer amenity access for out of program guests for an additional fee and is based upon availability and is at the sole discretion of the South Seas Resort. Sanibel by a small bridge, is 5 miles long; and Pine Island is 17 miles in length. Originally Captiva was part of Sanibel Island but when it was severed in 1926 by a hurricane's storm surge, Blind Pass was created separating the two islands. South Seas Villa 3220 is located in the South Seas Resort, which offers guests 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches with stunning sunsets nightly. The resort offers a blend of hotel rooms, timeshares, and single ownership condominiums, beach villas, marina villas, tennis villas, and private beach homes.

*** While this complex has finalized its hurricane remediation and is ready to host its first visitors, there may still be construction happening in the area and within South Seas Resort. There may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit.

Excellent property! Excellent host!

The property was in pristine condition! Very clean and updated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or issues (minor!) and was very gracious and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely return!
