Spring Break

We loved our stay at Starcut cottage! It’s in a good central location. A couple days, it was too windy to go to the beach so the pool was perfect. The screened in front porch was a great spot to play games in the evening. Everything was just perfect

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous !

I can’t say enough positive things about Starcut cottage. My husband, adult daughter and 6 yo grandson spent a wonderful week enjoying the pool, screen porch, games and outdoor toys, the well appointed kitchen and comfortable beautifully decorated home. Shally’s provided great service for groceries and when we needed propane for the grill. We plan to return to Starcut for future vacations on North Captiva Island.

Wonderful stay, will definitely be back!!!

Starcut Cottage was absolutely perfect for my family (husband and 13 month old baby)! The home was immaculate, fully renovated and clean. Everything you’d need for a trip to NCI was available at this house. Excellent pool, super comfy beds, all the baby equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas etc. The house is just a short cart ride to the beach and the golf cart was in proper working order. This was our 3rd time on the island and this home was by far the best we’ve stayed at. Absolutely amazing experience and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Little Paradise!!

This was the best vacation ever for the family. Besides the location and beautiful beach and scenery the booking was easy. Every question I asked was answered and everything was handled with ease. The property was amazing! We are coming back next year and will be staying here again as long as the dates are available!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Starcut relaxation

Just returned back to reality and we are already missing the wonderful house, pool area and outdoor bar area! We were so happy to return to the island after the hurricane and had such a wonderful time. The island is a little different but the week we had there was amazing! If you are looking for a well appointed home with all the room for relaxation - Starcut Cottage is your place!

Great Home, Great stay

A great home. The owner, Mike, and Shalley’s were more than accommodating and helpful with everything leading up to and during our stay. The home is updated and beautiful. Open floor plan with kitchen and living room. Beautiful white cabinets. Huge island. Plenty of space for groceries. The rooms are species with large closets. Plenty of drawers. All the beds mattresses were comfortable. They are much nicer than we have at home 😆. The washer and dryer run like new. Having an outdoor fridge, island and television meant a lot of grilling and football on Saturday and Sunday. The pool is well taken care of and saw our neighbor turtle stop by every day. The 2 golf carts got us where we needed to go. The home is absolutely beautiful, there’s not a thing I’d change about it. That includes inside and outside. The island is so picturesque. We needed more than one week. Thank you so much.
